Is there a minimum order amount?

No. You can order as little or as much as you like. However to save on postage and to ensure stock is available, it’s a good idea to order a few extra, to cover spelling mistakes and those unexpected guests.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

It will depend on the items ordered. I aim to get invitations out 15 days from receiving the deposit, due to quantities and details, however often it is much sooner. If your order is urgent, please let me know and I’ll see what I can do for you.

How can I pay for my items?

Whichever way is easiest for you! Cheque, Paypal, BACS or cash is fine.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! If you spend more than £150 for your whole order, 10% will be deducted from your final bill.

Can I customise my stationery to our theme?

Of course! Just let me know on the order form any changes you’d like made. If you have a colour swatch that you’d like me to colour match your stationery with, please send it over email or by post.

Can you create a unique invitation based on my own ideas?

I’m very happy to create a completely personal invitation just for you! There will be a one off charge of up to £40 for this (depending on detail).

Can my invitations have guests names printed on them?

Yes, we can print guests names on invitations for a one off fee of £10 (per 100), providing the names are given to me in a preferred format.

I can also print your guests name and address on the envelopes for an additional one off fee of £10 (per 100).

How much is it for postage and packaging?

Samples are free (up to 2)

Small parcels (less than 1kg) will be charged at £8.00
Medium parcels (less than 2kg) will charged at £10.00
Large parcels (more than 2kg) will be charged at £12.00
